  • District Court of Arizona

Amanda has been practicing law in Arizona’s court rooms since 2004. She believes that the practice of law empowers her to help her clients exercise their rights which have been wronged by others or defend their actions and achieve satisfactory resolution.  Amanda fights hard to advocate for her clients but also dedicates her time to giving back to the community, both through the practice of law and by volunteering her personal time.   Her prior experience spans matters involving business disputes, insurance defense, premises liability, bad faith defense, professional liability defense, real estate foreclosures and workers’ compensation defense from pre-litigation through mediation, arbitration or trial.  Amanda has also handled plaintiff matters involving motor vehicle accidents, personal injury and general tort liability, as well as appeals and conservatorship proceedings to obtain court approval of settlements.

Amanda graduated from Johns Hopkins University with a B.A. in Political Science and Government. She then earned her Juris Doctor from Washington & Lee University Law School. When she isn’t in the office, Amanda spends her time testing a new recipe or walking an occasional foster dog on one of the multi-use paths connecting Scottsdale, Phoenix, Tempe, and Chandler.  A supporter of arts education for youth in Arizona, Amanda also plays violin with the Tempe Symphony Orchestra.
